Civic Field Services LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a property maintenance, appliance repair, renovation, and preservation company based in 88-06 Parsons Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11432. This policy covers https://civicfieldservices.com and the quote request form on it.

We do not operate user accounts, a customer portal, or a store on this website. The only way to submit information to us here is the quote request form.

Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The primary service you are asking about
• The project details you choose to describe
• Your consent to be contacted by phone call and text message

Please include only what is needed to describe your project. The project details box is free text, so avoid entering financial account numbers, government identifiers, health information, or anything else sensitive.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine it with your quote request to build a profile of you.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your quote request and prepare an estimate
• Contact you about the work you asked us about
• Schedule and carry out services you request
• Keep records of our communications with you
• Meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing newsletters from this form.

The consent checkbox on the quote form is how you agree to receive phone calls and SMS text messages from us about your request. Ticking it is required to submit the form, because it is how we reach you about the job. Opting out of texts does not stop us replying to your request by email.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not share it with anyone for the purpose of sending you unrelated messages.

We share information only with the service providers that make this site work, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Resend — delivers your quote request from the website to our inbox as an email.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and serves it to your browser.
• Unsplash — hosts the photographs in the page banner. Your browser requests those images directly, which means Unsplash receives your IP address.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff, or the public. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

Subcontractors and trade partners assigned to your project receive only what they need to carry out the work.

Because we do not track you, this site does not respond differently to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal — there is no tracking to switch off. The only third-party request your browser makes is for the banner photographs described above.

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond to you and to carry out any work that follows, and afterwards for as long as our tax, insurance, warranty, and legal obligations require. When a record is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Email records held by our email provider are subject to that provider’s own retention periods.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the inbox that receives quote requests is limited to the people who need it, and the form includes measures to block automated spam submissions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email civicfields@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within the time your local law allows, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as those the CCPA gives California residents. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.

This site is intended for adults arranging property services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will be highlighted here. Please review it periodically.
